La Stube restaurant in San Vigilio di Marebbe
The flavours of Tyrolean cuisine and the pleasures of Ladin cuisine
La Stube is located in the centre of San Vigilio di Marebbe. It’s a characteristic restaurant that serves traditional local food with many typical Tyrolean dishes and Ladin specialities.
In the past, the “Stube” was the most important room of the typical Ladin masi and it was the only room to be heated as it contained a large stove and was completely covered with wood to retain heat. Today, the restaurant La Stube bears testimony to the life of our ancestors, simpler but rich in values, and offers guests the opportunity to savour the flavours of ancient Ladin and Tyrolean recipes.
Our restaurant is open for dinner and welcomes guests of our apartments and suites who wish to take advantage of half-board with a wide variety of menus created with top-quality, genuine and fresh ingredients.
